Hi there!
My name is Falcon, but you can call me Frost or Falcon. I'm currently 19 and a college sophomore. I'm studying anthropology. I do a good bit of writing and occasionally I attempt to draw. Mostly I write fantasy, but I do like playing with questions of sanity and morals.
I love music and reading. I'll read anything - novel, short story, comic book, manga, anything else I didn't list - so long as it has a good plot. Symphonic metal is my favourite kind of music, but I'll listen to almost anything. Emphases on the almost.
I'm an eclectic Pagan. That will probably show in my writing. That's because I don't tend to use very many Christian allusions. Mine are more mythological or Pagan. I'm not asking you accept my religion or agree with it or anything else, but don't give me crap about it. I've gotten enough of that IRL. Do feel free to ask me questions, though. I don't bite. I'd rather you ask than assume. I mention it because it shows in my work.
Another thing that's prevailent in my work that I will not take crap about is homosexuality. I myself am a lesbian and genderqueer and I've gotten a great deal of flack about it. Again, if you have questions, ask. I'm more than willing to share any insight I may be able to offer. But don't harass me. There is a difference between legitimate questions and trolling.
The final thing that shows in my work is that I am a therian. I'm a Russian tundra wolf. No, I am not a furry. I have no problem with furries, but that's not what I am. If you don't know what a therian is, ask. If you have questions, ask. If you think you might have a question, ask. As I said, I'm more than willing to offer any insight I may be able to provide.
I would consider myself to be a friendly person, if slightly withdrawn. Don't let all of the ranting scare you away. I do tend to be defensive, but I've had reason to be in the past. I'm hoping that with this being an art community the ranting will be unnecessary. After all, artists and writers tend to be more open-minded.
